Jennal & Devan’s wedding was the first opportunity that I have had to shoot a wedding at the Jamison Brown House. It is a truly BEAUTIFUL place for a wedding. The house is great for getting ready portraits; and the front lawn has a lot of space to be able to create the type of wedding that you envision. I really liked the venue – but I LOVED working with Jennal & Devan even more 🙂 wedding at the jamison brown house

White Dress – White Suit

The start of most wedding days begins with getting a bunch of photos of the wedding dress, shoes, jewelry, etc. Jennal’s dress was just beautiful! Devan decided that Jennal wasn’t going to be the only person in all white and decided to wear a really nice white suit 🙂 They both looked great! wedding at the jamison brown house

A Long Walk to the Alter

I’ve seen many aisles over the last handful of wedding seasons 🙂 There actually was no aisle for Jennal & Devan’s wedding at the Jamison Brown House… but there was a long walk down a brick road to get to the alter! As a Photographer, I like this because it gives me the opportunity to get a lot of shots of the bridal party and the couple coming to the alter.

Because there was no aisle, Devan had to jump and get on his tip-toes to see Jennal. I’ll always remember this about their wedding!

Everyone Brought Their Dancing Shoes

Perhaps my favorite part of the wedding was how much fun everyone was having. The entire wedding party was full of energy and the dance floor was active the entire night!
