Studio Business Headshots
Headshots are one of the most important things that you can do to improve the appearance of your company. Having professional headshots can give off a great first impression – before a client event does business with you. Not having headshots or having mismatch or unprofessional headshots can make you blend into the crowd. Here are some of the studio business headshots of Shani – taken at my studio in San Jose. I will also go over three things you may not have realized can be done with your headshots.
The Background Can Be Changed
One of the main things that you may not realize about your headshots is that the background can be changed. Generally speaking, a white background is a great option for companies with multiple employees taking headshots. Having a white background is simple and clean and all of the company’s headshots can be uniform. If you decide that you want a different background, this can also be done! Make sure to discuss this with your Photographer before hand because this may require additional charges.
Stray Hairs and Blemishes Can Be Fixed!
Another thing to keep in mind is that the final images you receive will be retouched. Things like stray hairs and blemishes are removed; and additional edits like teeth whitening, face sliming, etc. can also be done. So if you are worried about these “little things,” I have you covered 🙂 The biggest thing to be concerned with is that you give a confident and approachable smile. When someone looks at your headshot, your expression should be similar to the expression you would give when shaking someone’s hand and meeting them for the first time. A big smile, a half smile or just a confident glance will do the trick. Just no mug shots!
Images Can Be Delivered Pretty Quick
Headshots are typically delivered much faster than other session types. This is especially true if the images are taken indoors. I typically deliver headshots in 3 business days – but they can be delivered the same day or the next business day (for an additional charge). If you need the images quick – just make sure you communicate this before hand.
