My Favorite Birthday Party Vendors To Consider For Your Next Party

There are a lot of things that go into putting together a great party or event. Choosing a location for your party, sending out invitations, picking a theme, and selecting the right vendors. Over the years, I have photographed MANY events. Here are my top 10 birthday party vendors to consider when planning your next event or party.

1. Taco Carts

One of the most important parts of a party is the food! Taco trucks or taco carts have become REALLY popular to have at parties. Having a taco truck/cart at your party is sure to be a hit!

2. Shaved Ice Truck

Another really cool thing to have at a party is a shaved ice truck. If the weather is hot, and you want your party to be the talk of the town – go with a shaved ice truck! Kona Shaved Ice is a great vendor that I worked with at one party 🙂

3. Puppet Show

If you plan on having a lot of children at your party, hiring a puppet show performer is another really great idea. The cool part of this is that the kids get the opportunity to participate in the actual puppet show.

4. Face Painting

Face painting is another fun vendor to hire for parties with children. Children can have their face painted – or they can choose to have something painted on their arm.

5. Henna Tattoo Artist

Hiring a henna tattoo artist is something that both children and adults can take advantage of at a party. They do a really great job and the henna tattoo will last much longer than getting your face painted 🙂

6. Mariachi Band

A mariachi band is a really great vendor to add to parties that can entertain adults and children 🙂 Often times, they can perform for just one hour. I recommend having them come right at the time that you plan on singing happy birthday. They can help perform a happy birthday song and then sing a series of other songs afterwards.

7. Balloon Maker

Balloon makers are one of the most popular vendors to have at children’s birthday parties. The great thing about hiring a balloon maker is that kids of all ages really like getting balloons made. Sometimes I even see adults getting balloons made 🙂

8. Jump House

A jump house is another really fun thing to add to your party. If you have enough room in your backyard or front yard. Jump houses are great for children that are at least 2 or 3 years old; and older kids really like them as well!

9. A PHOTOGRAPHER!

Of course, your party is not official without a professional Photographer there to capture all of the fun moments! I know a really great Photographer – if you need one 🙂

10. Magician

Last, but not least – Magician’s are a really fun vendor for parties. I have seen Magicians who perform for kids parties; and I have also seen Magician’s that do card tricks at parties with teenagers and adults. A great Magician I have worked with at several parties is Dante The Magician.
