First and foremost, I believe that whatever you decide to wear β it should be something you feel confident and comfortable in. If you feel confident and comfortable, it will show in the pictures π

When it comes to figuring out the best color to wear for maternity portraits, there are a couple of things to consider. Firstly, every color has a different meaning. For example, white can symbolize purity, birth, and simplicity; red can symbolize energy, passion, and love; and purple can symbolize spirituality, transformation, and enlightenment.
Secondly, bold and bright colors can work really well for maternity portraits because they can make a powerful statement. Your pregnancy is one of the most important life events and matching this moment with a bold color usually works really well π

Lastly, I would also consider bringing a second outfit. If you have two outfits and you cannot decide on which one you like more, this can simplify things π A lot of clients also like to bring a dressy outfit and then change into a second more casual outfit. If this is something you may want to consider, I recommend running this by your Photographer. They can make recommendations on locations that have a restroom to change into. And they can also be prepared before the start of the session. For example, I may want to start at a different part of the location β to be able to be close to a restroom when it is time to change.
